This hotel is fantastic, the staff really go above and beyond! Perfectly located right in the heart of old town, it is a great location for visiting all of the temples, restaurants and bars, cute cafes, riding tuktuks etc. We also stayed on a Sunday and went to the Sunday Night Market which is perfectly located out the front door. The hotel staff spoke good English and provided detailed instructions at welcome. Breakfast buffet was extensive (Think Eggs, Fruit, Breads, Assorted Asian, Omelette to order, Coffee machines, juice, cereal) Lunch and dinner options were tasty (Thai), and the barmen at the cute bar were experienced. Swimming pool was perfect size (salt water). The bathroom had a strong shower with shampoo/condititoner/soap and a non-slip mat which was perfect for our baby, and a lux bath as well. For families with young kids we appreciated the wooden slat floors in our room for easy crawling of our 9 month old boy. They also would kindly provide a basin for washing bottles. When dining in the Hotel we used their wooden high chair with a cushion (as it was on the larger size), and they provided a Graco cot with mattress as well. We would 100% come back.

Everything about this resort was high quality. This includes the fabulous staff, glorious surroundings and beautiful rooms. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious with beautiful Thai decor and ultra modern bathroom facilities including a Japanese Toto toilet!!! The resort being in the middle of the busy and at times chaotic old city was serene and an oasis of calm and comfort. We loved our stay here. The pool and surrounds are stunning. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast and evening meals were amazing. As well as that they put on a free afternoon tea each day with beautiful Thai cakes, fruits and hot and cold drinks. Best hotel in Chiang Mai old city!!!

The location of hotel is in the old town, very close to main temples, restaurants, night markets. So very convenient. Hotel has a great attention to details so room and hotel have everything that you need. Breakfast is good and has wide selection of cuisines. We ate dinner one night and it was good - local cuisine but they also do western cuisine. We had a car and there was free paring in the hotel but local transport also available outside the hotel. There is a pool, gym and bar in the central garden. Very quiet hotel.

The staff there are all nice and friendly. Location is such good which is accross from famous Wat Chedi Luang. You can walk eastern to the Tha Phae Gate in 10-15 min and go southern to a local market where we had our mid night snack. The room is a little smaller than I thought. The hostel will prepare some snacks and fruit and will be refilled next day. The best is the courtyard and swimming pool. It's cozy. I also love the breakfast, there are many choice (tai noodle soup, fruits, omelet.....).

Everything to be honest! As soon as I entered the hotel I felt calm. I was welcomed by beautifully natured staff who were very helpful. The grounds are spectacular and the rooms are of a high standard and very comfortable. The restaurant serves amazing food and you couldn’t get a better location. Right in the middle of everything, the pool is clean and large with a lovely waterfall theme on one side. The deck chairs are comfortable. You can really get your Zen on here. Highly recommend!
